ADM3202ARN Allgemeine Beschreibung
The ADM3202ARN is a high-speed, 2-channel RS232/V.28 interface device designed to operate from a single +3.3V power supply. Its low power consumption and shutdown facility make it an ideal choice for battery-powered portable instruments. With a data rate capability of up to 230 kbps, it conforms to the EIA-232E and CCITT V.28 specifications. The voltage doubler/inverter feature, enabled by four external 0.1 µF charge pump capacitors, allows it to operate from a single +3.3V supply. The ADM3222 and ADM1385 models come with additional enable and shutdown circuitry, giving users more control over the device. The EN input can three-state the receiver outputs, while the SD input can power down the charge pump and transmitter outputs, reducing the quiescent current to less than 1 µA. Even during shutdown, the receivers remain enabled unless disabled using EN
