ADSP-BF506F Allgemeine Beschreibung
Within the ADSP-BF506F and as part of the Blackfin portfolio of processors, the BF506F sits above the ADSP-BF506F in terms of cost and features by providing both a 4MB executable flash and a true 12 bit dual SAR ADC with an ENOB of 11+. Combined with up to a 400 MHz core clock speed and a peripheral set including two three-phase PWM units, an ADC Control Module, two SPI’s, two SPORT’s, a CAN controller, a PPI, eight general purpose counters and a Removable Storage Interface, the ADSP-BF506F is feature and cost optimized for compute intensive industrial and general purpose applications that can operate exclusively out of 68KB L1 memory and 4MB executable flash. The ADSP-BF506F is offered in a low cost 14x14mm LQFP-EPAD package, commercial and industrial temperature grades and 300 and 400 MHz speed grades.
