The Microchip AT27C1024 is a low-power, high-performance 1-megabitOne Time Programmable EPROM organized as 64-Kbit x 16. Requiring a single 5Vpower supply, in normal read mode operation typical power consumption is only15 mA and standby mode supply current is typically less than 10 μA. Any word canbe accessed in less than 45 ns, eliminating the need for speed reducing WAITstates. The x16 organization make this part ideal for high-performance 16-bitand 32-bit microprocessor systems.
