Equipped with Fairchild's advanced high-voltage process and common mode noise canceling technique, this monolithic half bridge gate-drive IC ensures stable operation of the high-side driver even in high dVS/dt noise environments. With an innovative level-shift circuit, the high-side gate driver can operate up to VS=-9.8 V (typical) for VBS=15 V, making it versatile and reliable
