The ISL9120 and ISL9120IR are advanced buck-boost switching regulators that offer seamless transitions between buck and boost modes without disrupting the output. With automatic bypass functionality and the ability to deliver up to 800mA of output current, these regulators provide excellent efficiency and performance. Additionally, they support a 3.3V fixed output voltage or variable output voltages with an external resistor divider, catering to a wide range of application requirements. The forced bypass power saving mode further enhances energy efficiency by consuming less than 3.5µA of current in this mode over the operating temperature range. These features make the ISL9120 and ISL9120IR ideal for stand-alone applications, where space and power efficiency are crucial.
