BOMTLE4205 Allgemeine Beschreibung
The TLE4205 is a quad low-side driver integrated circuit (IC) designed for automotive applications. It is specifically intended for use in controlling resistive, capacitive and inductive loads such as bulbs, motors, and relays in automotive body and comfort applications.The TLE4205 features four low-side driver outputs capable of controlling loads up to 350 mA per channel, with a maximum total output current of 1.4 A. Each driver channel is capable of driving loads with voltages up to 40 V. The IC also features a slew rate control function to adjust the current rise and fall times, as well as an adjustable channel-wise current limitation function to protect against overcurrent conditions.The TLE4205 is designed to be operated in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 150°C, making it suitable for use in harsh automotive environments. It also features built-in diagnostic functions to monitor open load, short circuit, and overtemperature conditions.
