TLE6389-2GV Allgemeine Beschreibung
Designed for efficiency and flexibility, the TLE6389 series of step-down controllers incorporates a proprietary PWM/PFM control scheme that enables seamless operation with a 100% duty cycle and minimal dropout voltage. This innovative feature eliminates the constraints of minimum load requirements and decreases the supply current to a mere 120μA under light loads, based on the configuration of external components. The adjustable TLE6389-2GV model can be easily deactivated through the Enable input, reducing the input current to less than 2μA. By driving an external P-channel MOSFET, these controllers offer versatility for applications requiring up to 12.5W of output power. With a high switching frequency and continuous-conduction mode, they allow the usage of compact surface-mount inductors, thereby reducing output capacitor demands and overall system costs. The TLE6389 series caters to various voltage requirements, with preset and adjustable options available, ensuring compatibility with input voltages of up to 60V
