The Microchip AT27C020 is a low-power, high-performance, 2-megabitOne Time Programmable EPROM organized as 256-Kbit x 8. Requiring a single 5V power supply, in normalread mode operation typical power consumption is only 8 mA and standby modesupply current is typically less than 10 μA. Any byte can be accessed in lessthan 55 ns, thus eliminating the need for speed-reducing WAIT states on highperformance microprocessor systems.
