The LTC3025EDC#TRPBF is a highly efficient micropower linear regulator designed for low voltage applications. With a minimum input voltage of 0.9V, this VLDO™ regulator is capable of delivering up to 300mA of output current with a dropout voltage as low as 45mV. By utilizing a separate BIAS supply for internal circuitry and an IN supply for output current, the LTC3025 achieves high efficiency regulation while minimizing power consumption. Its low 0.4V internal reference voltage allows for flexible output voltage programming within the range of 0.4V to 3.6V, making it ideal for a variety of low power applications.
