Featuring a series n-channel, p-channel, n-channel MOSFET structure, the ADG508FBRNZ can withstand continuous overvoltage inputs ranging from -40V to +55V, making it suitable for demanding operating conditions. In the event of a fault condition with power supplies off, the multiplexer input or output presents as an open circuit, limiting leakage current to just a few nanoamperes. This protective feature not only preserves the integrity of the multiplexer and connected circuitry, but also safeguards the sensors or signal sources driving the multiplexer, ensuring the overall reliability of the system
