MAX3490ESA Allgemeine Beschreibung
The MAX3490ESA+ is a high-speed, slew-rate-limited RS-485/RS-422 transceiver designed for industrial applications. It features a 10Mbps data rate capability and ±15kV ESD protection on RS-485 input/output pins. The device operates on a single 3.3V supply voltage and consumes less than 1mA of supply current. The MAX3490ESA+ also includes fail-safe circuitry to guarantee a logic-high receiver output when the input is open or shorted.This transceiver is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package and is specified to operate over the -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
